Roberta  Gollon  is  a  seasoned  finance  executive
with    more   than    20  years   of    corporate   and
investment    banking    experience   in   New  York 
and Boston.

Formerly   a   Vice   President   at   Manufacturers 
Hanover  Trust   Company,  Ms.  Gollon   managed 
an    $800    million   loan   portfolio,  with  clients
ranging    from    privately     held    companies    to 
Fortune    500    and    multinational   corporations.
She    had   global   responsibility   for   providing a
wide  variety  of  lending  and   investment banking
products   including  leveraged   buyout financings,
and    interest    rate,    debt/equity    and    currency
swaps.

Prior   to   establishing   Gollon   Capital  Advisors,
Ms.   Gollon  served   as  Vice  President,   Mergers
&   Acquisitions,   of   a   high-growth,    diversified, 
private   holding   company   based   in  Boston.  She
was     responsible    for    financings,    acquisitions 
and divestitures.

Earlier  in  her  career  Ms.  Gollon  worked at Peat,
Marwick,      Mitchell    &    Co.     and    Continental
Insurance    Companies.    She   earned   an   MBA  in 
Finance  with  Honors   from  Boston  University.
